Recruiter with OnlyFans business experience

We are looking for a Recruiter with experience in an IT company for a new company within a holding of IT companies. The product is a CRM system for OnlyFans.

Skills you can help us with:

– Experience in a similar position, preferably in an IT company;
– Proficient verbal and written communication;
– Negotiation skills and handling objections;
– Familiarity with and ability to use boolean search;
– Understanding of IT terminology.

Responsibilities:

– Compose job descriptions and test tasks for candidates;
– Develop main scripts for communicating with candidates and responding to their questions for further use;
– Search for personnel using any available social platforms;
– Engage specific candidates;
– Systematize search methods to reduce the time required to close a specific vacancy;
– Conduct initial interviews;
– Generate reports and recruitment funnels for the manager.
